Return Policy

Return or exchange any unopened, unused, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. 

Returning & Exchanging Online Orders 

To return or exchange items purchased on www.littlebeeofct.com follow these easy steps:

  1. Please contact us at info@littlebeeofct.com to request a return or exchange authorization.  Returns or exchanges will not be processed without prior email approval.
  2. Mail your item(s) to us at Little Bee of Connecticut, 11 George’s Hill Road, Southbury, CT 06488. Make sure to tape up your package securely.
  3. For Refunds: You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
  4. For Exchanges: If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to include the product, design, and size you wish to receive in place of your exchanged (items).

Shipping costs information - 

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges coming back to Little Bee Connecticut.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all exchanged items.
