Return Policy
Return or exchange any unopened, unused, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
Returning & Exchanging Online Orders
To return or exchange items purchased on www.littlebeeofct.com follow these easy steps:
- Please contact us at info@littlebeeofct.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without prior email approval.
- Mail your item(s) to us at Little Bee of Connecticut, 11 George’s Hill Road, Southbury, CT 06488. Make sure to tape up your package securely.
- For Refunds: You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
- For Exchanges: If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to include the product, design, and size you wish to receive in place of your exchanged (items).
Shipping costs information -
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges coming back to Little Bee Connecticut.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all exchanged items.
